A VuVault site accepts a wide range of files in their native formats. Virtually all Microsoft Office files are immediately compatible however we always check for mal-functioning files when new files are uploaded. Any non-supported files can usually be accommodated by conversion to PDF or another alternative format.
Just like the operation of an EZDataRoom site, the preparation of a VuVault site is relatively fast and easy so long as the files are supplied to us in a structured manner according to our Check List . The VuVault Entry Page is totally customisable to include your logo, text and graphics.
There is no need to reformat files - VuVault accepts a wide range of office and industry formats.
Time to set up a site:
From receipt of all data, a typical site should be live in about 7 to 14 days depending on the amount of files/data to be included. Typically the owner will be able to view and check 75% of the site within 5 to 7 days.
Formats supported:
Items not covered in the following list can usually be output or converted into a suitable format. A comprehensive check list is supplied to facilitate data preparation.

Well logs:
LAS/LIS data can be included and viewed by users with control of the display parameters.
Seismic data:
There is NO ‘file size’ limit for VuVault. This means that entire 2D/3D seismic data sets can be included into a VuVault project. The seismic can be viewed live and interactively by authorised users.
Users can scroll line by line, generate cross lines on the fly and vary a wide range of display parameter settings, interactively. Seismic interpretation, if required, can be overlaid on top of the SEGY data.
Remote seismic interpretation: (only applies to hosted VuVault systems)
We have a number of SMT Kingdom (2d/3d) systems that can be made available, by prior arrangement , for remote interpretation/re-interpretation of seismic data.
